Hello, I'm Eric Morris
I live in Sussex County, Delaware, and I'm the author behind erictmorris.com. Delmarva Daily Bread grew out of a simple conviction: a few quiet minutes in Scripture can change the shape of a whole day.
I'm not a pastor or a theologian, just a believer who wanted a clean, calm, ad-free corner of the internet where anyone can read a verse, understand what it means, and take one small step to live it out.
Why I built this site
Daily Bread
A verse and short devotional every day, with a meaning, three ways to live it, and a prayer. It is also available by email.
God's Word, easy to find
Search the Bible, browse life topics like anxiety, grief and marriage, and watch current sermons from trusted teachers.
A home for local faith
A free directory of churches across Delaware and the Eastern Shores of Maryland and Virginia, so finding a church home is easier.
What I believe
I believe the Bible is God's Word, that Jesus Christ is Lord and Savior, and that faith is meant to be lived out in ordinary places: at work, at home, and in our communities. Everything here points back to Scripture. Verse quotations are from the New International Version (NIV)®. The Bible reader also offers the public-domain Berean Standard Bible and King James Version.
Say hello
I'd love to hear from you: a prayer request, a correction, a church to add to the directory, or just a word of encouragement.
